Ingredients
2 grilled chicken breasts (sliced or shredded)
2 ripe avocados (sliced or mashed)
½ cup ranch dressing (or light Greek yogurt ranch)
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat optional)
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Optional: black beans, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro
Instructions
Grill or prepare chicken with your preferred seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder). Slice or shred once cooked.
Prepare avocados by slicing or mashing with lime juice to prevent browning.
Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
Assemble the burritos by layering lettuce, chicken, avocado, cheese, and ranch on each tortilla.
Wrap tightly and fold burritos. Optional: grill in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side for extra crunch.
Serve hot with a side of lime wedges, salsa, or sweet potato fries.
