12 fresh strawberries (or 6 bananas cut in half)
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
36 mini chocolate chips (for eyes and mouths)
Parchment paper (for setting)
Instructions
Prepare the base: Wash and completely dry the strawberries or banana halves.
Melt the chocolate: Combine white chocolate chips and optional coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Dip the fruit: Use a skewer or fork to dip each fruit into the chocolate. Let the excess drip off.
Decorate: Place each coated fruit on a parchment-lined tray. Add mini chocolate chips to form ghostly eyes and mouths.
Chill: Place the tray in the fridge for 15–20 minutes or until the coating hardens.
Serve: Arrange on a platter with spooky decorations and enjoy!
